Chef Eric Ticana
Eric Ticana, sushi chef since 2004, is a member certified by the World Sushi Skills Institute. He is also the only French ambassador for the World Sushi Cup. Constantly on the lookout for new flavors, he has been able to develop recipes and techniques that he now tries to share and pass on to those around him.
Founder and trainer of the French Sushi Team, he was able to lead his team to the title of Vice World Champion 2018 thanks to Wagner Spadacio. It will make you travel, in all lightness for an unforgettable moment.
Nicolas creNIER
Nicolas Crenier, pastry chef since 2007, cut his teeth at Le Bristol with chef Gilles Marchal. He continued his training in various renowned palaces and restaurants such as the Beau Rivage Palace in Lausanne - 2 stars in the Michelin guide, le Parc des eaux vives in Geneva - 2 stars in the Michelin guide, as well as au Laurent in Paris - 2 stars in the Michelin guide.
In 2007, he decided to leave the Parisian region and accepted the challenge of going to Haute Savoie at the Restaurant ô flavors with chef Jérôme Mamet and obtained 1 star in the Michelin guide as a pastry chef ..
